Ruby brown. Fleeting tan foam. Subtle banana aroma. Very boozy. Subtle date-like fruitiness. Brown sugar sweetness. More than a little heat. Not exactly a Bananas Foster vibe. And in fact not very bourbony. But it was tasty. I enjoyed it.

Straight up caramelized bananas with cinnamon. The bourbon barrel is clearly present as well. It was fun to try, but nothing more than a curiosity. Still haven’t had a banana beer that I’ve really loved.
