Banana bread in beer, dude? HELL. YEAH! This is pretty nice. Banana doesn't mellow the burn or tannins like the berries do, but it does give it some semi-sweet richness and a dessert-like aftertaste. Would have again, if they make it again.

Such a rich aroma. Banana - almost banana chips, but not quite! - on top of a bourbon-wood base, and some milk chocolate. Going in: a lot going on! Banana, malt, almond, caramel… and a really strong cinnamon finish which must be cassia bark.

Minimal banana allows everything else to shine - lot of spices, cinnamon and nutiness. Didn’t get any vanilla/ice cream notes. Not heavily pastry-like or viscous, and still pretty hot. Another recent variant that works really well
