Ive been fascinated and worries about this one. All crystal malt sweetness sounds terrible… but turns out theres some complexity after all. Rich body, caramel middle with an almost toasty touch. Bourbons present.

Took a while to warm to this. Weird texture. Aromas and taste give off full on barrel - caramel, oak, dark fruit and a bit of an odd spice note. It the body didn’t quite translate. Seemed light on. Interesting beer.
