3rd in vertical. Holy cow! Peat, scotch, oak dominate palate! But is soft on nose. Slight hint of toffee, fig, raisin, dried plum when cold. Coriander is gone. Toffee asserts as it warms. Dried fruit is coming through as it warms as well.

2019 Vintage, Cellared 5 Years - Dropped the Barrel Aged Version over a point compared to original. Scotch barrel is so overpowering, drowns out original flavors. All smokiness and wood, very unbalanced. Disappointing given this is one of the better beers
