Decently carbonated. Aroma is very fruity, spicy, honey. Taste is dry, fruity, slightly bitter. Oxidized in a honey-way as is typical for saison.

Digging deep in the cellar. Best I can tell, this is '13 or '14. Has aged well, unlike the 5! drain pours I've opened. Very dry w/slight citrus presence.

I can’t find any kind of date info on this one but it’s an oldie from the cellar. Best I can figure is that it’s between 08 and 14. Anyway, it has aged very well. Delicious.
