An evening digestif. This is honey forward & sweet with nutmeg. Rather mouth-coating. Finishes sweet with lingering nutmeg. Thanks for the aliquot, Nate!

Very sweet metheglin with soft nutmeg spice. A bit soapy. Clear, amber, still. Spice is a bit more aggressive in the finish but does not cut through the honey sweetness sufficiently for my taste.
