Cold for 3 months. Smokey dark amber color. Light carbonation. Sweet bourbon and bread on the nose. Flavor is a hyperbola; rush of yams and maple sugar at the start, thins out to alcohol and oxidized fruit, long finish of charred yams and marshmallows.
