Funk forward. Lightly hazed orange copper with a white bubbly head. Toffee malt, spiced, light funk. Carbonated, spiced - cinnamon, nutmeg - very light funk and acidity. Dry. Not as sweet as when I tried it fresh but still lovely.

Underrated - a soft pleasant lambic, very clean, no funk. Didn’t pick up much of the pumpkin at first. Honestly thought it was a Flanders until the first taste, very easy to drink
