Cocoa, roast, dark fruit, bourbon, vanilla nose. Cocoa, roast, dark fruit, tobacco, bourbon, vanilla. Flavor profile is great. Not sure about the no carbonation experiment. Evan low carbonation would lift this quite a bit.
