Pretty pink with almost no carbonation. Sour aroma of grape skins. Complex tastes of tart and sweet cherry. Then rose water. Funky Gamay grape skins with a light oakiness. Bright dry tart refreshing finish.

Another September 28, 2019 bottle. Gamay is prevalent, it’s quite easy to drink, lacks the same intense funk of the previous which is just fine, it’s refreshing. Straw/hay, cherry, rose water, oak and wine also present.
