Oak is coming on like chewing a tree branch. Surprisingly strong, but then it's completely offset by the sweetness. Bananas, spices, spiced banana bread. Tastebuds are a bit pummeled. Getting loads of vanilla, spice, oak and then coffee, plums, cherry....
