10th bday of this originally 10-year aged beer! Very smooth. Notes of coffee, licorice, not overpowering. Very balanced, drinking extremely well right now. Not super sweet. Hints of choc, caramel, raisin. I'm inclined to up my prior rating substantially.

Far less muddy than other supposed west coast IPAs I’ve had this week… Light cocoa, medium roast. Licorice is detectable. I like it.
