Really good, especially given the style. Crazy that you get almost no ginger on the nose but a ton on the palate. Sweet and sugary. Not molasses like gingerbread more like a ginger snap profile. Not quite a 4.5 but better than 4.25 - can’t rate properly!

Buttery pastry, light floral ginger, and vanilla on the nose. Sweet body, variety of baking spices but nothing in your face, flaky pastry, ginger is subtle, somewhat candle-like. Very nice dessert beer
