as promised on the bottle: caramel-ESQUE, coconut-LIKE, vanilla-ISH. also sour adjacent, in an almost stone fruit way. sweet kinda. barleywine reminiscent, though more oak-y in a chardonnay-type way. an unusual and complex experience!
