It's January, cause I slacked off in 2020, time to clear all the Bellwoods in the cellar. The coffee has certainly faded, but the cognac barrel is still there. Lost all carb too. Still enjoyable IMO

This is extremely smooth and balanced, no off flavours, or even really signs of aging for that matter. Diminished sweetness may be the only distinct aging attribute. Seriously spectacular balance, thanks so much for this one Steven.
