SbSbSbSbSbS. 66, 68, 69, base lambic and oloroso. This is the best of all, although there’s lots going on with 69 White grape raisin, elegant tart funk. Sherry character on the nose is big.

Flat and surrounded by barrel notes, even if the oloroso notes are delicate like a gentle touch. Oxidized notes are more than fine. Mildly sour. Some reminds of mineral character. Turns to a way long dry and tart finish, it smashes on gums.
