Still drinking strong a decade on. Some barrel-derived grape notes but the base stout has a nice chocolate presence compared to the raisiny sweet messes that Bellwoods brews these days.

Forgotten fridge find. Cap held pressure for 10 years. Deliciously sweet, very low oxidation (excellent QC), boozy chocolate licorice. Hint of Cognac left, maybe some plum characters coming though. Best aged Imp Stout I can think of at the moment.

Lost a step from it's near-perfect fresher days, but still excellent. Rich cocoa presence with supporting cognac. Bigger and boozier than the 2013 vintage. Still the best even in its advanced age.
