Has this ever aged well! Loads of bitter chocolate and cold press in the back, hints of fruit and spice. Alarmingly drinkable for 16.8%, there’s barely any alcohol heat on this. Amazing

25.4oz bottle. Rerate (but haven’t rated in 9 years!). Holding up well with plenty of ripe orchard fruit, dried red berries and dark fruit layered with caramel, vanilla and smooth bourbon/oakey notes. 4.36 — I’m borderline giving it 4.37 (another 4.5)!
