Peachy-plum colour, opaque. This one’s fairly tart, lots of stone fruit. Some tannins, lots of stone fruit. Some tannins, but sharp, acidity is pushing the envelope for me, but the fruit wasn’t bad.

750ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours a hazy pinkish colour with a small white head. Nose is funky and plums. Flavour is sour plums, funk, and more sour plums. Light bodied, great carbonation, and a mild sweetness with a fairly prominent acidity.

Aroma has deep juicy plums, some spiced notes, gentle funk, and a little petroleum. Flavour is juicy and yet dry, with lots of tart, spiced, juicy plums, followed by gentle funk, and moderate acidity. Juicy, dry, tart finish. Not one of their top ones...
