Aged 15 years. Figured I’d finally open one after Randall’s bottle passed. No vinegar or tartness here. Plenty of carb. Oak for sure and fairly light. Maybe a hint of banana? I’ll enjoy this bottle. And hopefully the next whenever that gets opened.
