Not quite as balanced as fresh, but I'm keeping my original rating. Maple has left the sugar behind and turned to a massive wood bomb. Rich fudgy roasted malts, lots of charred oak, a little vanilla and caramel. Still delicious, but better fresh.

That little frog reminds me of the one that looks like it’s pissing in the barrel on the back of the old Old Style cans. Slightly chewy and boozy for 9.4%, roasty and great maple. Big relief from yesterday after dumping a couple more. Quarantine clean out
