Louis Z Foerster brewed beer for their local market in Michigan starting in 1870, making German-style lagers including their famous Gold Band Export. To celebrate the brewery's legacy, this crisp and tasty Bohemian-style Dunkel was brewed using American ingredients, specially-selected to emulate the flavors they would have created. This memorable collaboration brew pays tribute to their family's commitment to the craft of making great beer way back in the day.
