Achtung! Verrückter Brauer is crazy brewer, appropriate when brewing the world’s strongest “lager” and then aggressively dry-hopping it. We’ve become experts at brewing high-alcohol beers, and this is yet another example. Getting lager yeast to go this high is just crazy!
