Aged in bourbon barrels takes this collaboration with Lervig Aktiebryggen in Norway to a whole new level! The inviting and bourbon barrel and Oak characters are a wonderful addition to this Chocolate Martini Imperial Stout, enhancing the flavors of caramel and Belgian chocolate malt along with the cocoa and vanilla. Lervigs head brewer Mike Murphy and I created this recipe that will stand the test of time, and can be enjoyed for years to come. This flavorful masterpiece truly captures our vision of creativity.
