Bit boozy bourbon, cocoa and strong cinnamon in the aroma. Light body, quite sweet mouthfeel with mild bitterness. Dark bourbony flavor, cinnamon among other spiciness, underlying apple brandy. Subtle coffee and cocoa. Rich but somewhat unbalanced. 3.8

Barrel-aged greatness, worth a repeat. Despite the tendency of cinnamon to be overpowering, you do get the chocolate and caramel flavours. Definitely one to let warm up to room temperature to appreciate the flavours.
