An abundance of plum makes this powerhouse of a porter amazingly smooth and delicious. Aromas of raisin and dark fruit about, creating an immensely satisfying complexity and depth. A marathon of fermentation, when brewer's yeast pushes to this level of alcohol at 16.8% its PLUM TUCKERED-OUT!

Boiled dark fruit aroma. Jammy dark fruits, roast, toast, deep sugar syrup and booziness. Medium sweet and body, light bitter. Woody plum juice finish. Intensely thick and flavoured.

Pretty good. I expected the sweetness and the strong alcohol flavor. It’s 16.8%! But enjoyable. A little chocolatey. Cheers!
