Aged 3 years. Getting lots of dark fruit/fig vibes. A bit of chew to it. Would be better with more sweetness. Kind of a blank richness to it.

Mighty, mighty fine. Somewhere between molasses and Cracker Jack. Nice roast notes towards the finish. Super smooth, bitter and dry finish. Age hasn’t hurt this one bit.
