Barreling forth from the same French-oak-augmented blend of stout used in 2025 Vanilla Deth, this super-accessible rendition features Mexican cocoa nibs from our buds at Sleep Walk Chocolateria (by Dark Matter Coffee). With so much of the vanilla character coming from oak rather than just hand-split beans, you’ll also want to experience this beer at cellaring temp before the full breadth of aromatics presents itself. Far from any sort of adjunct bomb, a patient drinker will be rewarded with a dynamic sipping experience hitting on a wide range of familiar and comforting flavors and aromas as it warms - never letting any one dominate.
