Not the biggest stout fan and I’m definitely not a barrel aged fan. Thick and strong like a dragons milk. Initially I’m not liking it, BUT the after taste is great.

Lots of bourbon and wood. Bit vanilla, chocolate and liqourice. Thick malty mouthfeel with warming bite. Dryish woody finish with cacao. Clear flavours, heavy on bourbon, but maybe bit one dimensional. Way less sweet than last years version

This is another beautiful iteration of Deth's Tar. Like with the 2024 vintage, I taste more stone fruit in this one, along with roasty malts, Bourbon, and chocolate. It's rich and yet nuanced. Excellent as usual.
