For this Oude Pruimenlambik, we macerated Conducta and Belle De Louvain plums on young lambik for more than five months. The plums originate from a small old orchard in Flemish Brabant, some 30 kilometres from our brewhouse. All cereals are sourced in Pajottenland. The lambikken originate from two different barrels and four different brews. The final fruit intensity is 417 grams of plums per litre of Oude Pruimenlambik.
