Can’t believe I didn’t open this Sunday. Or in Michigan. Aged 9yrs. Brewed at a favorite, Dark Horse. It’s still real hot. How? The maple is completely still there, but rather than cloying, the burn leads. It’s a beast and I never say that. Good sipper.

Last bottle. My birthday beer for many years, and unfortunately, this'll likely be the last. Still solid. Smooth, rich, obvious maple, but not as much as it once had. Robust black coffee. Dark chocolate.
