Fizzy pour with off-white head. Heavy Scotch nose with dark malt, molasses, peat. Tastes like you’d expect a Scotch-barrel aged beer to taste, like a schawrzbier with assertive Scotch notes. Smooth finish with more peat and Scotch flavors as it warms.
