Really nice pilsner; bright golden color, high clarity; light bready malt supported by lemon and herbal hop notes; less aggressively crisp ending than a Czech pils. And thanks to Wikipedia, I now know all about the history of the Lipka Tatars! 😁

FILLED 07/10/25 07:27:27. This is a top tier Pilsner to me. Very clean and crisp, noble hops: lemon/lime citrus and floral. Lightly bready. I didn’t know it was Polish before rating, and purchased just from overhearing someone else looking for it. Thanks!
