I'm blown away by the layering/depth of flavor in here. So much chocolate, coffee, some barrel, & what I'm assuming is the Irish whiskey barrel adds a different and extra flavor that makes this so freaking stellar!/that one more layer. A++ Thanks Tom S.!

Sweet, very chocolatey, with coffee and bourbon flavors, plus a bit of cinnamon. Layered, smooth, and concentrated. Outstanding barrel aged stout. An unwelcome drop in the temperature today provided a good opportunity to enjoy this beer.
