Huge surprise here! This is like, 6-7 years old and is tasting awesome. Scotch barrel is doing all the right things, and none of the wrong ones. Still has a ton of great chocolate and cigar ash.

This was fairly mild but had good flavor. Good roast to the malt profile. Smooth scotch whiskey flavor towards the finish. Mild oak spice & vanillin elements. Base stout worked well w mildly sweet Scotch barrel profile. Very drinkable BA stout. Tasty.
