Sweet honey with a slightly hoppy undertone and then a bitter grapefruit finish, feels like it’s getting to past its best but the bite amongst the sweetness is still there and interesting, great to try an early Omnipollo mead though! Sweet!

I can't quite rate it as I've never had mead or its variations before. I did like it's dryness with a bit of honey sweetness!
