That’s pretty! leathery tannins, gooseberry skins, plump red grapes & oaky dry white wine nose; taste has that young lambic tobacco leaf tannin harshness, offset by ripe grapes & fruity white wine; then soft Brett funk, white wine & aromatic leafy herbs.

Browning apple skins and white grape nose. Apple and gooseberries stewed with leaves and stems adding a bitterness. Dry white wine and ‘rough’ gooseberry skins coupled with cider apple juice. Makes me click my tongue-iykyk!

Tastes of Oud Beersel, sour, funky, a little sweaty. Nelson grape and gooseberry characteristics are list, but the dry hop does give some nice aromatic grassiness
