可可豆、辣椒和海盐增味在气味表现上都不明显，貌似感受到一点可能是心理作用，气味比较复合，有点胡椒和香辛料的感觉，很酱油。喝起来有一定甜感，可能是加了燕麦碎，酒体更顺滑粘稠一点。

01/09/2015 A little carbonation left. Nose is roasted peppers with a little chocolate. Thick Chocolate upfront with nice pepper heat increasing in back with a little roast into a bitter chocolate finish with some roast. A little past its prime but good
