Pure chocolatey dessert on the first sip. As it warms, notes of cocoa, fudge, bourbon heat, vanilla, & extremely subtle banana. Banana presents more as creaminess than anything else. No graham cracker. Lingering oak & char on the finish. Abv hides v. well
