Pleasantly surprised with how well this has held up given being 2-3 years past its target drinking window. Present hints of wine, as expected. Imperial stout body and aroma. Nice pour. Glad to have had this. I’d rate a 4.25 but I’m sure it was 5 fresh.

42.5F N: hint of oxidation. P: Dark Fruits, Berries, Dark Chocolate, Red Wine/Cabernet. F: Dry, Cabernet. Perhaps it's a bit past its prime. It definitely has some Cabernet characteristics going on.
