Ty Nomadblake . I will give this one the benefit of doubt rating as this beer would have been exceptional a couple of years earlier . The age hasn’t done justice to the barrel influence and overall characteristics of this DB stout. Nice to try for sure .

Thanks Nomadblake. There was a time I really wanted to try this one. It was past its prime but still very enjoyable, and I could see similarities to 2023 in the slightly sweet initial taste and big barrel presence. Choc, caramel and oak focused

Backlog. Filled 12/3/2020. Thanks Steven J. Continuing through my lotto cans. This was a behemoth; 17.8%. Deth’s isn’t my favorite of Rev’s, but this was absurd. Bourbon soaked wood, fresh rolled pavement, chewy base. Mouthfeel and carb, excellent so far
