Glad to be the #100 rater for this. Heavy, almost champagny, effervescence. Smells like an oaky Cab Sauv; tastes like a hybrid oaky bourbon stout aged in port barrels, just as described. In a wine contest, this would win at least a Silver Medal.

Wine-y nose, high sour-y too! Quite sweet, with port wine feels. Barrel feels too with slight chocolate leading to grape like finish. Texture is thinner as well. Neat!
