Dark color, delicate beige foam. Aroma of wood, red fruits, malt, chocolate. Taste is tart and sour nut not sweet, as always with notes of vinegar and fermentation. Finish is sour again, a bit vinous, some chocolate remains. Excellent as always !

This is drinking wonderfully compared to the 2015. Got a nice body. Light tartness. 3.5 2 star is French oak. 1 star is American oak. This is the French oak. Very good.
