So different and the description helps understand why. Like a slightly sparkling wine (not champagne-like though). Earthy, terrior, leathery nose. Dry and a little stone fruit/plum finish. Elegance to this and not what one thinks when one pops a beer.

I’m drinking the whole series, all 9 of them. Great to taste the difference and to dive into the subtle range of the sour spectrum. This one is remarkable better than others. Deeper and less sour. More tart and a more balanced acidity. Lovely!
