Sadly, but not surprisingly, this bottle was oxidized. Flavors of one-dimensional chocolate soda, sarsaparilla bitter chocolate, and cardboard along with a hint of fusel burn. Should have opened this a year or two ago. 🍻

Wow! The first year of pasteurization shows off early in the vert! Totally different beer than the 15. This one seems frozen in time. Still vibrant and chocolatety. Malts are fully intact.
