I’ve never tasted a beer that I would swear was barrel aged that isn’t. This is 12% ABV and makes no bones about it. Tastes well more alcoholic than that. Huge malt bill that brings out dark chocolate, tobacco, coconut, and vanilla.

Have you ever had a beer you could swear was barrel aged even though it wasn’t? That’s this. 12% ABV and it’s not hiding! Rich, strong, sweet. Huge roasty malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of coconut to sweeten it out. I swear I taste bourbon!

Walking by a beer label that says coconut vanilla imperial stout is not a super power that I possess. Ridiculously roasty with an obviously huge malt bill. Coconut and vanilla are a little subdued by the malt richness, but are still very much there.
