Vibrant and delicious! Mild acidity with a very gentle effervescence. Funky and musty on the nose with layered fruity notes of strawberry candy, and blackcurrant. Light tannins from the grape skins while still finishing off quite juicy.

2022 version. Nice sour nose. Berries, Nice fruity beginning. Sourish, fruity. Mild sourish, very fruity with a nice red grape back. Nice soft fruity sour finish with lots of grapes and tart horse blanket.
