This is a terrible IPA, but is an excellent wheat wine. The sweetness is on point and has a great thickness to it. Meady. Ginger and pear poke through to accent the sweetness. Not my style, but whoa, that's a gem.

Heavy barrel character. Nose is all oak, vanilla, and ginger. The flavor is intense and malty enough to saturate the palate. Ginger, lemon, holiday spices, tons of caramel, agave, and whiskey-soaked muddled fruit: oranges, cherries, and plum. Festive!
