bottling date: 14/02/2017 Assemblage 19 van seizoen 16|17 Deze specifieke Cuvée Armand & Gaston werd geassembleerd met lambikken van 6 verschillende vaten en zijn afkomstig van 10 verschillende brouwsels. Het oudste brouwsel is van 17 januari 2014 en was eigenlijk bestemd voor Straffe Winter (maar wederom vergeten). De gewogen gemiddelde leeftijd van deze geuze bedraagt bij de lancering van deze fles ongeveer vijf jaar. NL 3 Fonteinen Cuvée Armand & Gaston is een assemblage van traditionele lambikken van één, twee en drie jaar oud en 100% gebrouwen door Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Vergist in de fles en met een lang bewaarpotentieel. Ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Cuvée Armand & Gaston est un assemblage de lambics traditionnels, d’un, deux et trois ans d’âge, brassés par Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Fermentation en bouteille avec un potentiel de longue conservation. Non-filtré et non-pasteurisé.
