Malvas-Elle is a unique, unfiltered fruit beer based on home-brewed lambic and malvasia grapes. The grapes macerated in older lambic which was then blended with lambic of different ages. It is a real beer for keeping thanks to the continuous activity of the wild yeasts. You can forget about this bottle in your cellar for up to 20 years, but it will undergo different taste evolutions.
